One site, one price, one week. This is what you order.
These terms describe Página Norte's only product. They are accepted in writing (email or WhatsApp) when the brief is confirmed, together with the first invoice, and apply to that order.

A one-page website, in Spanish and English, published on your domain, with what the section "What you get" on paginanorte.com describes on the date of the order. One order corresponds to one business and one domain.

Price and payment
€1,900 plus VAT (21 %): €2,299 in all. Half, €950 plus VAT, when the brief is accepted, by bank transfer or Bizum, with its invoice; the other half before publishing, with the second invoice. The site is published once the second invoice is paid. The first half is not refunded once work has started.

Seven days from the accepted brief and the receipt of the photos and the facts. If the materials or your review are late, the date moves by the same amount. One round of changes on the provisional version is included; further rounds or a change of scope are quoted in writing before they are made.
What you provide
What you provide
The photos (your own or with the right to use them), the facts of the business (opening hours, prices, how to book), the texts you want to keep and the domain, bought in your name or with your permission for me to buy it for you. You warrant that you have the right to use what you give me.
Domain and hosting
Domain and hosting
The domain stays in your name; if I buy it for you, I hand over the access when the site is published. Hosting is Cloudflare Pages, with no fee; it stays on my account or on yours, as you prefer, and you can ask for a full transfer at any time.
After publishing
After publishing
Thirty days of free defect fixing. After that, small changes are charged at €75 plus VAT per hour, with a one-hour minimum and always agreed in writing before they are made. A large change (more pages, a shop, your own booking system) is quoted separately.
Ownership
Ownership
On full payment, the design and the texts of your site are yours. The tools and templates I build it with remain mine, and you use them on your site without limit in time. I may show your site as an example unless you ask me in writing not to.
Applicable law
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts the law determines and, if you order as a consumer, to those of your place of residence.
